          Faq

          1. Is there a minimum stay?

          Different properties have different minimum stay requirements. Most of our corporate properties require 2 months stay. However we have some properties we can offer for a 1 week minimum stay and others with a one month minimum when there is availability . The minimum stay will always be posted on the page for that property.

          2. What time is check-in and check-out?

          Generally check-in is in the afternoon at 2:00 or 3:00PM. We do however always try and accommodate your requests for early check-in wherever possible. Other guests may be leaving on the day that you arrive and the housekeepers will go in to clean after their departure. In some cases, you can leave your bags at the property when the housekeepers are cleaning and then return when they are finished. There may be a reception at some properties, where you can store your luggage. The only way to guarantee an early check in would be to reserve the property for the night before arrival.

          10:00AM to 11:00 is the usual check-out time. We can try and accommodate a later check-out, but it depends on whether there is someone arriving the same day that you are leaving.

          3.How much do I pay when booking?

          Upon booking the apartment you will need to secure the booking with a deposit. The balance will be due anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks prior to arrival, depending on the apartment. Please check the policies of each property for exact details.

          4. Is there a security deposit?

          Some of our apartments and homes require a security deposit and the amount varies, depending on the property. These are fully refundable security deposits and will either be charged to your credit card and refunded after your stay, or will be run as an authorization on your credit card (Like a hold). This is just like at a hotel. Please check the web page for each property to see the amount of security deposit and to see whether it will be a charge or an authorization.

          5.What happens if I cancel?

          With most properties, when cancelling within 10 weeks we will refund the amount of the rental, less a $250 service charge only if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates. The more notice you give us will give us a better opportunity to rebook the property, so please let us know as soon as possible. We highly recommend you taking out cancellation insurance, which costs about $65 per thousand of coverage.

          6.What is included in the rental rate?

          All of our properties are fully furnished and come with linens, bedding, kitchen ware, etc. All utilities are included.

          7. What information do you need from me to complete the booking process?

          Please let us know your exact arrival and departure date. If you are flexible with your dates, that can also be a benefit. Please also let us know how many adults and how many children will be staying at the property. What type of property are you looking for and what budget would you like to stay under? We have many different kinds of properties from small budget studios to large luxury homes. Are there any specific needs that you have?

          8. What methods of payments do you take and how can I book?

          We try to make this as easy as possible for you. You can either book securely on line on our site, or you can call us and we will be happy to help you book over the phone. We take Visa, MasterCard and Discover. AmEx. Or you can wire the money to us.

          9.What are the rules and restrictions?

          These may vary, depending on the property, but there is no smoking allowed and no parties allowed at any of our properties.

          10. How do I know that you are a reputable company?

          In today’s world, this is a legitimate concern. We recommend that you call the Better Business Bureau or the local tourist board. We have been in business for 20 years and have an excellent reputation.

          11.What happens if I need help while I’m in my apartment?

          Our staff are always available to handle any problems or concerns. You will always be provided with a local contact number for someone that can help you with any problem that may occur.

          12. What happens if I arrive and I don’t like the accommodations?

          We will do everything we possibly can to make sure that you are booking the apartment that is right for you. Of course clients that book budget or standard apartments cannot expect luxury when they arrive. However the property should always look like the pictures and have the promised amenities. If you arrive at an apartment and are not happy we will try and move you. Please understand that we want you to be 100% happy and we will do what we can to accomplish that.

          13. Do you accept children / babies?

          Most of our properties welcome children. There are some restrictions in a few of our properties, due to the nature of the furnishings.

          14. Can I extend my booking?

          We will be happy to extend your booking, as long as it’s available for your requested dates.

          15.What about Housekeeping?

          Some of our apartments have maid service included and for the others, we can provide maid service for an additional cost. The cost will range from $50 to $250, depending upon the size of the property.

          16. What about parking?

          In Los Angeles, most all apartments come with parking.

          17. Do you provide cooking utensils?

          Every property has a complete set of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

          18. Are there towels & linens ?

          Yes, all of our properties have towels and linens.

          19. Do you provide internet connections?

          Almost all of our properties have access to high speed internet and most have Wi-Fi. In most cases this is included in the price, but it is an additional charge at some properties. Please check the website for details about your specific property.

          20. Do you provide concierge services?

          Some of our more luxury apartments have this service. If this is an important aspect of your stay you should advise us in advance so that we are aware of it and can arrange it for you.

          This Feels like home, I stayed in this property for a month and it was my first visit to L.A. The apartment is spacious and it has a classic decoration which makes it nice and warm. The location is perfect, very quiet neighborhood, not far away from Hollywood area, and you have Starbucks, Burger King, McDonalds, 7-Eleven, a gas station, a gym, a barber shop, and more.. I would really recommend this for friends, couples, or families 2 - 4 adults. oh and the Check-in/Check-out was so easy, a lovely young woman waited for us to arrive and she gave us the keys and gave us a tour of the apartment and so much information about the area we're in.
